  • Abraham Erb (12 July 1772 – 6 September 1830), generally considered the founder of Waterloo, Ontario, was the first Mennonite settler from Pennsylvania. He is well known for offering help to many immigrants from his native area through the means of education, shelter, and employment as they chose to move to the region.
  • We too seek to create a community surrounding the products of our trade; fresh crafted beer, intricate cocktails, great food, and good times! Our team came together from a love of hospitality and a passion for knowledge based and value-added dining experiences.
  • Barrels for our entry lights salvaged from the Seagram Distillery barrel pyramid. Nails pulled from the furniture warehouses now converted to lofts. Repurposing what's come before and creating new experiences out of these homages. We're here to craft delicious draught and make quality food that brings people together!
